My name is Tom Campbell and I have been working with Brian for the last year and a half. In the middle of 2016 I decided I wanted to start buying to rent condos in the area I grew up, Monmouth country NJ. Given that fact that I now live in England, I needed to find someone I could fully trust with my property and was capable and willing to offer everything needed. Brian was fully prepared when I was home for a few days over Christmas and we ended up buying a condo the first day. He
knew the yield I was looking for and talked me through all the costs, taxes and fees vs expected rental price, knew the association and their background, helped me work through their finances, recommended a lawyer for closing and a good insurance company. A tenant was in immediately and he brought them through a full background check with credit report. He took over all the bills, rent collection and provided me with easy month/year end statements for taxes. A few months ago we just closed on another property and a new tenant is coming in this week.
Brian has certainly been put to the test over this time. A plumber the association hired caused serious damage to the first property and I had zero experience dealing with insurance claims. Brian had everything documented In detail at midnight the night it happened and within 2 days had quotes to replace and rebuild. Throughout it all he kept the tenant happy and she just signed a new lease. What could have been a financial loss and loss of tenant was avoided due to his expertise and willingness to put in the extra hours to keep all parties happy.
