Responsibilities: Weekly cleaning/turn over. 24 hr on call for tenants. Coordinated repairs and maintenance. Trash/recycling disposal. Conducted property (including off property beach locker) inspections before and after each turnover. Produce income/expense reports.

Responsibilities: Inspections at the end of each rental, trash and recycling disposal.
